Since the items offered are intangible digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.
Opening a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback will result in a permanent ban from our server and all affiliated platforms. If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact an Administrator via our support channels.
Purchasing a package does not exempt you from the server rules. If you break the rules and receive a temporary or permanent ban, you will lose access to your purchased packages. No refunds will be provided in the event of a ban or mute.
Purchases are automatically processed and delivered when you join the server and log in successfully. Please ensure you have entered your correct in-game username exactly as it appears in Minecraft.
